WORK SUMMARY:

Directs and manages the Frank Lloyd Wright Trust retail operation, including product development, fulfillment, multi-media marketing, inventory control, and sales operations that include three shops and e-commerce operation. Maintains consistent level of annual revenue through strategies based on sales and product analytics, efficiency in operations, and sound financial management. Responsible for planning and meeting annual retail budget. Supervises staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required. Proven capability in financial and operational retail management. Minimum of eight years broad-based retail experience—some of which must have been at senior management level—encompassing product purchasing, product development, retail analytics, staff supervision, financial and operations management. Familiarity with current retail marketing strategies and knowledge of product development. Must have working knowledge of e-commerce systems and Blackbaud platforms. Position requires communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically.

ENVIRONMENT:

Department offices are in Bellwood, IL. Position requires frequent and regular computer and phone use as well as potential travel to off-site locations. Workplace is a smoke- and drug-free environment. Equal opportunity employer.
